Membership Reporting and SPAR Survey

Each year, Activity, & Recreation Sector Development (SPAR) asks us to fill out a survey and show our membership details. Each Club will need to submit a Jotform (which is embedded below) and included in this form is a place to upload your past years membership data. We will be emailing each club the template form which they must use. We will not accept it any other way. This will be due December 30. 

Please note on membership database, definition of Other* 

• Single day memberships to access insurance or event/program entry (may be categorized as Associate Members)
• Participants, leaders and volunteers at single day workshops, stand-alone clinics or in short-term “Learn to“ or “Try It”-type programs
• Participants, leaders and volunteers in multi-day or multi-week programs delivered through a school, recreation centre or private facility that is not a member of the PSO/DSO. 
• Other is NOT daily rentals, temporary memberships, SUP, Dragonboat, rowing, or Recreational canoe/kayak. This must be a SPRINT designated participant.
